Seller not responsible for damages of uninsured items. All sales are final. Any refunds will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Good Guy Comics. Refunds are dependent on the condition of the item being returned. If the item is found not to be in resalable, your refund will be denied.

Cancel Order: You can cancel an online order within a twenty four hour period of when you submitted your order. Cancellations must be emailed to Orders@GoodGuyComics.com only and must include your name, order number, and the date you order your item.
When canceling your order please specify if you would like to:
A. Receive a full refund in store credit.
B. Be issued a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it take for my t-shirt order to be sent out?
A:  All t-shirt orders require a 5 to 10 business day lead time before shipping. This is to account for possible out of stock issues.

Q: How long does it take for my glass order to be sent out?
A:  All glass is made to order and require a lead time of 5 to 10 business days before shipping.

Q: Why do you Offer Priority Shipping?
A: We offer Priority shipping as the best way to send your orders out to you as quickly as possible.
